I haven't written in here in awhile. A lot has been going on for me but I'm going leave most of that out.
I have been getting out for walks and it is helping me a lot with my mood and I love it! It's nice to listen to music and walk.
Yesterday was not a great day for me. I was chatting with someone and they came across as mean, domineering and just didn't like me so I left the conversation.
This person made me feel awful. I felt that I was not good for anything or anyone and why should I be good for anything?!
This was how I felt and I decided I no longer want that. I have worked very hard at being more positive and I'm doing better!
I said no more and I'm doing much better today, I don't want that kind of negativity around me anymore.
Watching movies helped too.
