Hello Friday!

Hello Friday!

I have today and this weekend off!!!! Really excited to not be working. Going to relax, watch a few movies and watch some shows plus read.

Good news though! I charged up my kindle and of course have over a thousand books on it. I downloaded a lot but also found out that I bought The Mortal Instruments on kindle! Super excited and I can read them again, I am missing the last book but that is ok. I will get it later.

So work has been busy and I also need to get blood work done today but it's annual time for my thyroid so, not looking forward to getting blood work done.

Bought a gift for a coworker and my tattoo appointment is coming up next month and Beauty and the Beast movie too. I will be going Friday when it comes out, that is a movie I know I will enjoy.

Not much else is new, well I'm taking on a third job again but it's extra money and I'm going to save it too. Other than that not much else is new, just doing laundry right now. I get Makayla on the bus in the morning so I'm up at 7am and I get any errands done after she leaves.

I would love to sleep in but I also like getting stuff done early too so I can relax for the rest of the day before I get Makayla off the bus when she gets home.

So all is good. May update later or tomorrow, we'll see. I get distracted sometimes or forget.

Fun Week

Well I had written a previous entry in my notes app but never got it posted so I'm starting fresh.

The night I wrote my last entry was on Super Bowl Sunday and at the time the Patriots were not doing well but a lot does happen in the 4th quarter and they won plus OT!!!

Work has kept me busy which is good but tiring. This week was payday and I made a donation to a charity. I also bought a pair of LuLa Roe leggings and plan on wearing them to the movies and around the house on my days off.

I have been watching Shadow Hunters which is based on Mortal Instruments by Cassandra Clare, it's a good show. They have done a few things different with the show but I still like it. I want to get the books too, I did borrow I think the first 4 books from James and yes I returned them to him.

I want to get the books on kindle so I have the first one saved on my book list on amazon, I fell in love with the shadow hunter world so I do want to get the books.

James was nice to let me borrow the books and I'm thankful for that.

Since then I have been at work, went in early and have stayed late. Good news is,, Global Chef is here! Well we get our chef in March but we have global chef training this weekend. We are getting a chef from Austria in March.

It's exciting and I love trying their food from their home. It's one of my favorite events at work.

I talked to Connie and told her a few things and I may be chatting with Aaron soon but I'm still culinary and I hope to be doing something different in the fall semester. Not sure what but I have time to think.

Not much is new but I did get an adapter for my phone to my tv and yes Matt helped me and the items should be delivered today I hope, that's what the email said. I bought them yesterday and chose economy shipping so I am thinking next week but nope, says today on tracking.

In good news I'm volunteering tomorrow, may do a 4 mile walk tomorrow too then volunteer then work 3-11pm and I have nursing hours on Sunday too but it's a short shift.

So that's all my news for now, going to relax, clean and pamper myself. Do you pamper yourself? 

 

It's Friday!!!

So I have waited to update because work has kept me busy plus I'm very tired when I get home so I have been in bed early. 

I figured today would be a great day to update and I have today off.

So let's see, I have been working which is the usual for me. Work has been rough this week which sucks but I do think it's all in my head, I was not myself this week at all. Work was good otherwise and just happy to be at work.

Also bought a LuLa Roe set!!! Tiffany was hosting a party on Facebook, I went to school with her and we did cheerleading together too. She lives in PA but we still talk. 

She hosted the party and I thought I was too late but I wasn't. I didn't know what to get and told Tiffany what size I was and she helped me which was great!!! So I bought a Valentine's Day set in e tall and curvy and I can tell you I LOVE the set I got!

I'm wearing an Irma shirt and I have hearts on my leggings, they are sooooo comfortable!!! I will be getting more in the future.

Tiffany also signed up under me to be a Perfectly Posh consultant and I'm her sponsor. I'm happy she signed up and I found out about Posh through Tiffany so we help each other.

It's fun when she hosts parties on Facebook and she is very helpful too. I think one of these days I will need to visit her.

In other news, not much to tell. I am saving up for a Apple Watch and Apple TV, also have a tattoo scheduled next month which I'm excited for. So saving has been going well and I'm happy for the most part.

I don't have much else to say and may take a nap because I am sleepy. Maybe I will update more or later today and I get to see Felicia today!! It's like the best thing every Friday (unless I'm on vacation out of town)
