Love Saturday Nights!

So tonight I worked which is my usual on Saturday but I have some other news. I'm a dork and love when something works for me.

Well my Roku remote has been acting up yesterday and today. I have a roku and stream my Hulu and Netflix through it plus buy movies and tv shows through it. Well you can turn your phone into a remote.

I tried to connect my phone yesterday and didn't have much luck but tonight I did!!!!! My phone recognized my roku and I can now use my phone as a remote and I'm geeking out about it!

So I'm excited because I have been want to watch The Originals from the start and Netflix has season 1-3, season 4 starts on March 17, 2017. So I now use my phone to watch my streaming things.

Things are great otherwise, I'm relaxing and I did some reading today which is good. I made progress in one book and and hopefully going to make progress in another book.

I saw a video on Facebook today about a series coming Netflix and it's based on a book.  I think it's called Why 13 or something like that. It's a mystery and it looks good plus I want to read the book before the show starts on March 31.

So that is my geek news for tonight and I'm just relaxing, will go to bed early tonight and not getting up early tomorrow like I did today.

So I have not updated in awhile. I have had a very bad cold all week which meant working 40+ hours and on medicine to get through my day at work. It was not easy or fun but I made it through my work week.  I feel better and doing better but still getting over the cold.

Work was a lot this week because we had a call out and then the person got sent home so I stayed longer to help stock and clean up. It was a long day but I get some OT.

Everything else is good, been working and doing some reading. Work is going well and next week is Global Chef week! Super excited for that. After that it's spring break for the college and tattoo time!

Will finally have all my elemental dragons, I'm only getting the outline done then color in December. I also get to relax a bit over spring break and I am working a little bit too. Good thing is I'm taking time off for me since I work a lot.

So that is my news for now, going to bed soon to be rested up for tomorrow. Have a great night.
