Prepping Meals and Working Out

From today until next week (when I weigh myself) I am going to track everything I eat and try to meal prep lunch. This may not go well but I am willing to try and I want to eat better even on a budget, also we need to use up what we have in the freezer.


Today has gone well so far, I didn't eat a whole English muffin just half, half a cheddar cheese slice, and one egg. Eating the correct portion size will not be easy but I am going to give it a try.  I also did some exercise for about 15 minutes when I usually do none.


I have to give credit to the apps I have and one of those is called 99Walks. You can track your walk and if you crush your goal, you get a bracelet. It does cost money every month but it's a great app.


They have classes and I tried one today called, "crushing today". It was a 15-minute class and I loved it. I am going to try and get outside for walks too and walk inside while watching youtube videos. Yes, youtube has videos on walking and it's a great way to stay in shape.


You can track your walk with GPS or manually put in your walks so that is my plan for this month. The plan for the week is to eat portion sizes, eat a little healthier, and track food. It will not be easy but worth a challenge. 


If you are curious what app I use to track the food I use Fitbit and MyFitnessPal app. I have friends on both and yes I wear a Fitbit.
