The Week in Review

Hello everyone!  How are you today? I hope you are well and in good spirits.

I titled this entry as "The Week in Review" because I am going to talk about my week and I don't remember when I last posted. Today is church day for me but I am ok with making this post.

So I guess start with Monday which was uneventful for me, I did work and and it was steady which is good. Tuesday was the same and so was Wednesday too, Thursday was not too. bad and it was pay day from one job so I could finish Christmas shopping.

Friday was my birthday and the day leading up to it, I was miserable! I get like this every 5 years because the older I get the more it sinks. in I won't be bale to have children. Its weird because no one said anything to me and I didn't see anything online to cause any of these feelings.

I hate feeling like this and it only lasts for a few days, I did vent to one friend and he was understanding about it and let me vent which I am grateful for.

So on Friday I did a little experiment, I took. my birthday off my Facebook profile to see who would remember my birthday. Just so you know, I didn't expect everyone to remember and I was trying to see if anyone that has known me a longtime would remember.

Well, not many people did remember. My older sister tagged me in a post, my brother messaged me and my friend said happy birthday to me. He did say he should have said it first thing in the morning but I was happy he wished me a happy birthday.

My aunt stopped by later on Friday to bring me a card. I don't need much or want much for my birthday or Christmas. A few other people did post after they saw my sisters post on facebook.

It wasn't until I made a post with a pic that people started saying Happy Birthday. So in conclusion I was right, people forgot and I know most people didn't know it which is okay but the people closest to me waited except family so I'm not sure how to take that. Either its a good thing or a bad thing.

All in all, I worked Friday so I didn't do much. My mom didn't even wish me a Happy Birthday, I'm used to that.

Saturday I had a lot to do which was yesterday. I had my photo taken for my church and their digital directory and I bought a few prints. I went to a craft fair and Walmart. The guniea pigs needed hay and wood shavings so I picked up that then went tot he craft fair.

The craft fair was nice and I bought 2 things and I didn't spend much then came home, forgot to pick up a book which I need to do today and Connie made me a cake which she dropped off yesterday. Its a lemon raspberry cake and it's beautiful and soooo yummy!!!

I took pics of the cake and one of my purchases so I will post those next week, I am working one job for 3 days then I am off for 5 weeks (college schedule) I do have my other job that I work and I can get 40 hours with them.

Okay I think I have talked enough, need to get ready for church since I am being picked up in an hour, just need to figure out what to wear is all and then out to lunch. Not sure where, most places are packed so may just go somewhere local.
