Okay, I a m back from the holiday. I didn't ring in the new year how I wanted too but I don't want to talk about it.
I did stay up til after midnight which does not happen very often and I am usually in bed by 11pm. So had music playing and was in a crappy mood. Fell asleep after til about 830am the next day and still tired.
Christmas and New Year's Eve was stressful for me and it lingered, however I did get out for a walk today after my niece went to school. Walked 1.62 miles in 32 minutes in 21 degree weather, yes it was cold but it's great for mental health to get out and walk.
I do feel better but still tired, starting training for 5k races and the first one is next month.
So for now things are good, going to register my car tomorrow and pay the phone bill. Not much is new, still working but not as much which is nice and weird at the same time. It still takes time to adjust but by the time that happens I will be back at my other job.
For now, I am relaxing and going to find something to watch and wait for my niece to get home.
