Making Changes and Food

So I'm still taking time away from social media which is good. I'm doing a little better as a person.

I have today off from work which is nice but I also need to meal prep for the next 4 days for work meals.

Starting tomorrow I will be working out and hopefully lose some weight but will see. Making small changes in my life to be better.

I'm making goals, looking forward to fall and work and going to plan a trip to Yellowstone National park hopefully in 2017.

Now to make food, do more reading and relax tonight after making food.
