Even though I recently posted an entry, it feels like it has been longer since the last post.
From Monday to today, it has been rough. I have made it through and I went for a walk too which a friend suggested.
My mind didn’t turn off but I saw a few things in a different light which is good.
Also I used the Zombie Run app which I walk and not run, I used the Under Armour app and my Apple Watch to log my walk today.
Yes I use a lot of apps but it’s fun and one app connects to MyFitnesPal app, I use Apple products a lot so that’s why I track with Apple and the Zombie Run app is for fun.
Hoping to get out tomorrow morning for a quick walk, maybe when I wake up since I don’t have to be at work til 9am.
So after thinking and walking, I feel much better. I just need to work on my mental health, be more positive and I think going out for walks will help.
So for now, I will concentrate on me and family. I need to get better before I can do much else plus knit a sock.
