John Cena and Change Time

A week ago yesterday I joined "Change Time" by John Cena. It is a program to lose weight and eat healthy. I started a little later when I joined. It is 10 weeks long and cost $100 but if you watch for it, you can get good deals! I got 40% off when I signed up.

Week one concentrates on nutrition and you do that. It was not easy for the first week. I like foods that are bad for you like, chips, chocolate, diet soda and popcorn, among other things. I have changed my ways of eating and hope to stick with it.

I have cut back on soda intake and been drinking more water and I have been drinking tea (not sweetened). Tea is okay to drink and I really try to limit my soda. In the past week I have lost 4 pounds so far and hoping to lose 5 pounds by tomorrow.

With John Cena's program, you can eat lean meats, fruits, veggies, nuts. Healthy fats are good and milk.

There is a group of what you shouldn't eat (sugar, refined sugar, sweets) .

There is also a workout video (2) that you do x2 week for 20 minutes. I did my first workout today and I'm out of shape!!! I'm tired from it too. The  second week of the program starts the work out videos.

So I'm happy this is working and will continue to write about it as I make progress.
