Today is a new day! I'm trying a 5 day no junk food diet. Well it's to be eating more healthy so it's Day 1.
I'm trying it for 5 days instead of 30, this won't be easy but I think starting small is best and then keep working at it.
I'm hoping to get to the gym today after my niece gets on the bus for school.
After that, it's time for the gym and may get more veggies and fruits. I bought kale and green beans but I should get more.
Also need to cook food for my shift tonight at work.
