Yesterday and Today = Great Days

Well today was cloudy but for a Tuesday it's been good. I have today off and I slept in which is rare for me.

I also watched Ben-Hur (2016) which was a great movie and very interesting. Now I'm not a religious person so I had no idea the movie was about brothers who would fight against each other and Jesus is in it too.

It was sad at times but I believe the movie is true to the history. It's okay if you disagree, I just see it as very true.

Today has been super awesome. I checked my email and received an ARC of a book by K. Larsen. ARC stands for advance readers copy.

No I can't tell you what it's about but that I'm excited to be reading it!!! I'm also happy that I was one of 20 people that were picked from signing up.

K. Larsen is a great author and I loved her work! I got to meet her 2 years ago in East Long Meadow, Massachusetts at a book store.

Her and I became friends on Facebook first then got to meet in person. It was awesome to meet her and I also saw her at TAE in April too.

She writes romance that can be dark, adventurous, loving, crazy and a thrill ride.

Her work is great because I read it and I think I know who the bad person is but then you get a big twist and turn. It's not who you think, that is the best story writer out there. 

So I'm taking a break from reading, not sure if I will watch something or just sit here and relax. 

Things are good and I was lazy today, didn't go out which is fine with me. 

Maybe I will add more tho this a little later.

The post above written yesterday and I forgot to post it. 

Well today is Wednesday, I'm enjoying my day and of course my reading. 

However I did go out. I needed wood shavings for the guinea pigs because I didn't have any. I love the price for a big bag and went to Horse and Buggy Feed to get them.

So now I can clean out the guinea pigs cage and they can have clean shavings.

While I was at Horse and Buggy Feed, I stopped at Monadnock Food Co-Op. they have these delicious blue corn tortilla chips that I love!!! So I got two bags since it was a good deal. 

The food Co-Op is expensive in general but I love the chips and the meat they have. The meat is expensive but the cows are grass fed and there is no crap added to the meat. Yes I will pay extra for better beef.

I would like to shop there more often and I know a membership would be beneficial and you give back to your community. That to me is important.

So in other news, I haven't been doing much. Just reading, watched two different versions of Ben Hur and waiting for pay day to arrive because I want to pay my bills.

Hopefully going to the movies tomorrow but the LNA for my niece didn't show up today so not sure about tomorrow. I could go to a later showing too. That could work out much better instead of the 3pm showtime.

Anyways, everything is great. My cold is almost gone which is awesome!!! My grandfather caught the cold I had so it's not good for him. It sucks to have this cold too.

So that is my news for now, I will post this asap so I don't forget like last night.
