These smoothies (they have more) are to be healthier and for on the go. I defrost mine before blending.
Basically you add water and smoothie ingredients into a blender then mix it and pour back into the cup it comes in. Off you go with a healthy smoothie and you get nutrients you may not get throughout the day.
This one is good, would be better with milk, yogurt or even ice cream. I’m not sure if there is a healthy ice cream out there but hey it would be good.
This is thicker than the last one I tried but I like it which is good.
I have more coming tomorrow. I forgot to put that plan on hold because of finances and I’m trying to save but it went through.
Daily Harvest sent an email to me and it should be delivered by tomorrow.
If you are curious it costs about $45 for 6 cups (they have smoothies and oatmeal and I know there are other things too). So you have a choice and you can change the plan at any time.
The 6 cups ships every week and you get charged every week (hence why I put the plan on hold for now) it’s healthy but you also have to want it and plan ahead money wise.
