Today is weigh-in day and I gained 3 pounds back this week, I’m okay with it too. Normally I would not be okay with gaining but it could be from what I ate to maybe putting on muscle, not sure which.
My measurements were down very little too so I think it’s because of what I ate. I haven’t logged my food at all so that could also be a factor.
Today and this week is brand new and I’m going to try and log all my food that I eat. Working out is going well, I shoveled snow today and got rid of snow banks so that was fun (not really). Still it’s a workout.
Still doing my RingFit Adventure which I love and sometimes I do that for about an hour. It’s great, everything else is good too.
So I need to log food I have eaten so far today, I didn’t log two snacks so need to do that.
Tomorrow is a new day, need to pay a bill and go to the grocery store. Already made a list and as long as I stick to it, I will be good. I need snacks too, hopefully something healthy.
It’s not easy to give up snacking but will see what I can find.
