Good news! Yesterday I weighed myself and I am down 1.9lbs!!! I didn’t think I was going to lose any weight because I ate Oreos on Tuesday night and had milk too.
Working out has been going well and did a long workout yesterday but I felt great after.
Also, my waist/hip measurements are down 3/4” which is awesome! My body fat went up by 0.1% which is ok with me. Body fat fluctuates with me and that is tough to get down.
Overall, I am happy with my progress so far and I skipped several weeks of my factor_ meal delivery due to finances and just want to get ahead on bills. After I save some money, maybe I can start the factor_ meals again (they are very tasty)

I went for a walk today too and it's Friday and not yesterday, lol.
Now I can't make my lines straight, oh well. Today the sun was out and the weather was not bad at all. It was a little chilly but overall it was beautiful outside today.
So, you can see in 56 minutes I almost did 3 miles which is pretty good considering it's February.
This weekend or on Monday, we are getting very cold weather and I am not sure when I will get outside again but I will take what I can get for the weather.
Now I am going to go and I may post some links over the weekend, I get recipes emailed to me and you can try them or alter them however you would like and give them a try.
